Double P is a well known degen. Being convicted of murder twice has led to Dos P being sprayed green and put in a bright green shirt (to show he is insane and to stay away). One day dos P awoke in a strange area... He had been sent to the insane asylum many times in the past but this was someplace new. A new home for to terrorize everyone who walks in his path.
